Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies, and nothing is sold.
What stays on your device
Your filters, your starting location and whether you've seen the welcome guide are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them next time. We never receive them unless you search. You can clear them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
What our server sees
If you type a ZIP code or town, it's looked up to find its location (through the U.S. Census geocoder or OpenStreetMap). When you search, the server gets the date, the courses in range and your rough starting point (rounded to about half a mile) to work out drive times. It doesn't keep a record of who searched.
We count visits, searches and clicks on booking links per day, plus a daily count of unique visitors. Visitors are counted with a scrambled code that is kept in memory for one day and never saved, so we can't tell who you are or track you from day to day. Booking clicks are counted per course, not per person.
Alerts (Watch and Walk-on)
If you turn on an alert, we store the notification address your browser gives us and the search you're watching (date, times, players, area, and for Walk-on your starting point). We use them only to send that alert. Walk-on alerts are deleted when your free window ends; Watch alerts after the day you're watching. Tap Stop in Your alerts, or turn off notifications for this site, to remove them sooner.
Other services
Booking happens on each course's own site, under their privacy policy. Weather comes from Open-Meteo, drive times from OSRM using OpenStreetMap data, and the map from OpenStreetMap. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The tip link goes to Ko-fi.
